Welcome to CORNERSHOPPE! We are dedicated to helping you clear the clutter and create beautifully organized spaces. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered. Orders are dispatched directly from our verified US distribution and supplier warehouses.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

To keep your experience as seamless and stress-free as our organization solutions, we offer straightforward flat-rate and free shipping tiers:

  • Free Shipping: Applies on orders  within continental US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying islands). For weight more than 60 lbs, bulk shipping kicks in.

  • Bulk Shipping:  $45.00 flat rate on large or high-volume orders when weight is more than 60 lbs.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–9 business days

  • If product listing promises different time or price, it should be considered final

*Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and commence from the date of shipment rather than the date of order. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your exact location and local postal services.Certain items may need special handling, please check product listing.

2. Processing Times

Our products are dispatched directly from our regional fulfillment centers to get them to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an automated email confirmation containing your tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.

  • Our objective is to deliver your products in smooth and swift manner. Keeping this in end, we work with all major national carriers including but not limited to USPS, Fedex, or UPS. Currently we do not ship internationally but plan to start in near future. 

3. Multiple Packages

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple different organizers or larger storage items may occasionally ship from different areas of our fulfillment network. If this happens, your items may arrive in separate packages. Please do not panic if one item arrives a day or two before the rest of your order!

4. Damaged Items in Transit

Home organization products can sometimes be rigid or fragile. If any of your items arrive cracked, broken, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery at returns@thecornershoppe.store with a photo of the damage. We will happily arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you.
